Nearly the end of another month and the beginning of Autumn so naturally Europe has a heat wave! The truly miraculous news is that this heat wave will actually last over the weekend, which is almost unheard of in the United Kingdom. Normally the heatwave is around whilst everyone is at work and then when they want to hurry down to the coast down come the rains.

I have been asked why I am not so vocal with my blog and the reasons are two fold. Firstly I have had a bit of a relapse of my illness which means I have much less useable time, and also I have been trying to eliminate little glitches on my sites.

Removing glitches and gremlins from sites is a bit like playing a game of Space Invaders since even as you are working on one glitch a batch of emails arrives notifying of another.

I could not let the opportunity pass to wish you a really enjoyable weekend so here I am wishing you just that.

16th September

Where does time go and why can't we turn the egg timer upside down again when we need more time? The connection here has gone totally la la and everybody I have spoken to has also had problems so I am not taking it too personally.

I have to sort something out though else I shall have no teeth left, they will be totally ground away.

I uninstalled Google chrome and so far that has improved matters immensely so maybe that did have a hand in things, who knows?

All the sites are up to date now and all of them have personal ptc pages. These are a really effective and inexpensive way to get attention for up to ten of your favourite programmes so please visit on of the Foxy Lady sites to check them out.

On the domestic front the new TV is a Phillips and it is wonderful. I had been very concerned about my eyesight, which I do know to be deteriorating and this seemed to be emphasised by the difficulties in viewing the TV, but hey! what do you know, everything is so much more sharp and clear in this one, some of the problems were due to the set conking slowly out. Phew!

We have escaped most of the bad weather since we down in the South but there haw been mayhem in the north with disruption to services and fences etc being toppled by the wind.

Something new is going to appear on one of the Foxy Lady sites this weekend so do be sure to have a meander around to discover what it may be!

9th September

In common with most internet users I have contact with, I have had a week of yahoo, google, sky and the internet itself playing hide and seek.

In fact this is the third attempt at writing up the blog. If the connection vanishes before I hit save, I lose the lot!

The television joined the pfffft list yesterday and that is just one more thing to add to the list of things which thoroughly annoy Kitten Cat each day. I do not think she actually watches the TV but she does like the background noise.

I have to say that I am not best pleased at this development either but there you go, Le Chat is always going to be the one most inconvenienced in any given situation.

She is going to be even more ammoyed tomorrow since Chaos is bringing the new set and he will be accompanied by the Dog Impersonating a Pony. Wow! He is enormous!

He is also the soppiest mountain of cuddle you could ever wish to meet, although Kitten Cat does a fair impression of a mountain lion snarl at the very sight of him.

So there will not be a lot accomplished tomorrow either and I am going hell for leather doing what I can today in the fleeting appearances of the internet.

There is a star disintegrating at the moment which can be viewed if the cloud ever clears, and this must have some bearing on the waves through the air I should think. Something is mucking things up anyway.

2nd September

I missed White Rabbits and 1st of September because it was like Piccadilly Circus crossed with the London Telephone Exchange in here yesterday.

Hear yourself think? Not a chance!

Use the computer and get on - even less chance!

However since I am more or less confined to these four walls until my legs decide to behave and walk further I decided to count my blessings and enjoy the Chaos.

Tonight I have a Kitten Cat who may well be re-christened Little Miss Biffy because she is whacking my sore leg with her tail in a campaign to get her treats. She will get them, she always does, but as you know, cats do like to keep the staff under control.

Winners of the Click contests have been notified and their prizes are in their Accounts and the new contests are underway.

I spent all afternoon messing up and finally remembering how I created Personal ptc pages and now all Foxy Lady Sites have these pages, which are a really cost effective way to advertise your favourite sites.
